Custom cakes are confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. The balance is due seven days before pickup or delivery.
Design changes can be made up to 14 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event can move the deposit to a new date within six months.
All products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.
Fresh flowers, ribbons and toppers are decorative and must be removed before serving.
Once a cake has been collected or delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by transport, heat or storage.
